I strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase, things
beyond my control do happen every once in a blue moon. In such cases of
customer dissatisfaction, I urge customers to contact me so we can resolve the
issue. Feel free to send an email to [email protected] or use the
Contact tab at the top of the page.
Unfortunately, I am
unable to ship to international addresses.
Please double check
your shipping address! I print a label directly from what YOU list as your
address, and while it would make me very sad that someone else got your polish,
I can't tell USPS they lost your order if you entered the wrong address :(
Turn Around Time (TAT
or, the amount of time it takes to get your product in the mail) is 2-7
business days. I promise, I work as quickly as I can to get your products made,
packaged, and shipped. Should you have any concerns, please contact me at

WE REFUND SHIPPING
OVERAGES! *does happy dance* Shipping products of various sizes and weights can
get a bit tricky sometimes so shipping costs added by default on the site are
sometimes a bit more than needed. Any overages over $1 will be refunded.
